Trust & Security
GreenTrack, Pay123, and ScreenSolve are all built by KapStone (Pty) Ltd on the same infrastructure and the same security model. Here's what that means in plain language.

GreenTrack, Pay123, and ScreenSolve are multi-tenant applications: many companies use the same software at the same time. Rather than relying only on application code to keep customers' data apart, every table in our database enforces row-level security — a rule, checked by the database itself on every single query, that a request can only ever return rows belonging to the requesting user's own company.
In practice this means that even if there were a bug in our application's front-end code, the database would still refuse to return another company's invoices, projects, customers, or financial records to you. This is enforced on every table that holds customer data across all three products.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256, and all traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which stores only securely hashed credentials.
Our products are hosted on:
We rely on these providers' certified infrastructure rather than operating our own data centres, which means your data benefits from security controls that have been independently audited.
Access to GreenTrack, Pay123, and ScreenSolve is controlled through a single account system (your GreenTrack ID). Email confirmation is required when creating an account, and we recommend using a strong, unique password for your login. Within each product, access to sensitive actions (such as company settings or billing) is restricted by role.
Our database provider performs regular automated backups as part of its managed infrastructure, allowing us to recover data in the event of a serious incident.
You own the data you put into our products. You can request an export of your records, or request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time by emailing hello@kapstone.app. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention timelines.
These third parties process data on our behalf as part of running our products:
We do not sell customer data to any third party, and we do not use your business data to train AI models.
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in any of our products, please email us at hello@kapstone.app with details. We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.
